  3. Hey boys all sorted now I was trying to pull the cover threw the core without tapering it. As the Samson guides tell you todo the taper after it is threw. Sorry if I confused you i was pulling cover threw by attaching It to a pen via tape, and as I didn't taper it there was to much friction so the fid was coming away from cover inside the core bury.   5. Could it be when the rope is not running threw the pulley correctly and running over the zz body,like when your lines deflected. Causing the wear?

  10. Of course but are they going to give us are money back.... I doubt it so if you still want to use it without it wrecking your rope then I guess it might be the only option.
  11. I heard a rumour before release that it had done this to a rope at a show when people where testing it. I had a look today and the rack indents where the rope runs threw do have a sharp edge to them , maybe a simple fix of filling the edge off would eliminate the rope wear. Just a thought

  13. I have been climbing daily on mine with velocity and had nout problems but I could have guessed you had pi, I can't stand that rope! Milks a lot, twists easily, frays very fast and has to much flex for mechanical devices. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
