    ArbDogs? Pics!

Lovely looking dog what breed is he/she?
  2. It’s a bit mad that single cabs are becoming like hens teeth, go on ebay and put in "pickup", and the listings are just full of double cabs.
  3. Because the union jack is the flag of Great Britain, not the flag of the British Empire.
  4. Meh, Chrome is for girls.

    boys day out

    I think its a Mercedes G-Wagen
  6. I like the use of road signs to make a chipbox
  7. I’ve got a 52 plate Ford Ranger supercab, excellent truck apart from being very thirsty. won’t ever see 25mpg, average about 20. 2006 - rangers have better fuel economy though.
  8. Must have more money than he knows what to do with!
  9. 13 trips to the garage in a year is shocking! Are you going to persist with it or get something ells?
  10. No surprise. Land rover don’t care about the utility/working vehicle market any more.
  11. What’s the difference between a range rover and a hedgehog? - With a range rover the pricks are on the inside.
  12. Your right there Rupe, Black Book is a very good film. More people should see it. Imo a lot of European made films with low budges are far superior to a lot of the crap that comes out of Hollywood. Saw Inglorious Basterds last night for the first time, didn’t think it was great to be honest, but then i didn’t expect it to be great, as it was a tarentino film, seemed quite cartoonish. I like war films to be realistic. Worth watching just for Diane Kruger though

    Ben Law

Love watching this one, also seen it load of times!
  14. I use to wear chainsaw gloves, but not any more. Like mozza said there too bulky and end up taking them off to do most things, they haven’t got any grip and when wet are even worse/dangerous. I normally wear those £2 a pair grip gloves, much more comfortable. But people should wear what they want.

  16. Yes, got a winch on mine, you cut out part of the bumper and it bolt straight onto the chassis.
  17. I think when talking about discos you have to distinguish which one you’re on about, 1 and 2's are capable work horses, 3 and 4's.....useless and pointless.
  18. In my opinion. Ranger or Hilux, reliable and stand up to abuse. You will get more for your money with a Ranger, but the Hilux holds it value. Got mud terrain tyres on my ranger, great off road.
  19. Great stuff. Your lucky to come across big bits of yew like that.
  20. Chelsea Tractor, more suited for the school run.
  21. I’ve look at defenders in the 3 - 5k price range, doesn’t seem much out there worth buying at that price unfortunately. More trouble than there worth at that price unless your lucky. I’m a defender fan, but it’s amazing what some people think their landys are worth.

    Willow

Been burning 85% crack willow this winter, been split and stacked for a year, burns great and gives out plenty of heat, but burns quite quickly, so split it quite big. Spits, so no good for open fires. Many people turn there noses up at it, but i think its underated firewood, but not as good as other hard woods. Bonus is it grows fast.
