  3. Evening Chaps, To start i apologize if this topic has been discussed in the past. I'm just after advise from folk who are experiencing, or have experienced the ever growing competing life of Tree Work! I'm finding myself with less & less work! customers who once had us now have others! some who have been regulars since I sett up! is it just me? or is there more & more companies setting up? I had to take my wife to the doctors today! in our short 5 mile drive, i passed 4 tree gangs!! and its not down to our level of quality we're losing work! So the question is.. how have yourselves gotten round this? or haven't you? As always your advise would be welcoming...... Many Thanks.

  6. Evening Chaps, I have been very fortunate in the fact that i have got myself a job interview in a couple days. I have subcontracted myself out to a number of companies for a few years, whilst also running my own tree company. I have applied for the post of a Arboricultural surveyor... I have a Lv3 in Arb.. and have been covering all aspects of tree work! since leaving college 6 years ago. Anywho they have asked me to bring a portfolio with me to the interview. and in here lies my problem... What do you put in a portfolio?? what should you leave out of a portfolio? As always your view's and advice are more than welcoming.... Many Thanks..
