  1. I had a hold of it at the husky stand, it's well balanced the rep was telling me how much lighter it is over the 200t, but i found the fuel tank very small.....not good!!! other than that nice little saw, BIG improvement over previous model's.
  2. Once towing a two tonne of logs to a nearby farm with a b**ch of drive down, the track was just mud with a righthand bend at the bottom, i never made the bend. The weight in the wet n mud pushed the landy straight through his drystone wall, and hit his backdoor!! he has since never order'ed loads off us.
  3. my old man's a painter & decorator. he went to price a job up for a bloke who was selling his house, to cut a story short it sold and the bloke who moved in didn't want the log burner, so for a days work painting the outside windows he gave me old man burner. And it's a morso squirrel!! we put it in the back of his ford fiesta van and fooked the shocks.. not good.
  4. I have a 86 90 on a c plate, it started life with a 2.5n/a diesel, i got it in 2007 having done 155thousand miles i kept it standard for a while. But with carrying all the gear+towing i was getting between 17-20 mpg. I stuck a 200tdi out of disco..THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO! i now get 35 mpg on a run the power is bonus aswell. what to check for: with the engine running remove the oil cap and check for pressure, if so bad! if not good!! As for the gearbox try every gear! All the best mate there a super vehicle i wouldn't be without mine, hope this helps. oh one more thing: during winter the engine is a SOD.. to start! all the best.

  19. Hi All Here goes finally plucked up the courage to post on here, been coming on this site for about two months, finally joined. I'm new to the industry, did a year and half with a fully qualified 'Arb', but he then became a dad, felt tree work was to 'risky' so moved into landscaping mostly council work. I am starting college in september studying a national diploma 'forestry+Arborculture. Can't wait. Cheers
