  1. so im told dont know how true it is but essex have the best bikes around lol
  2. i know a apple farm that has got these and some made out of about 18mm ply wood if i remember right when they bought them i know they bough 1000 and they whorked out 12 pound each they have got some that made out of heavy duty plastic that they dont use anymore
  3. its a very good saw i use it for pro use day in day out its light and is very good on fuel effot less to star the pull cord system is like a piece of elastic you just use a light pull and the pull cord come out then pull starter kicks in and fires up its quite grunty for the size of engine and as going to a home owner get it services befor the first years up and that gives you 5 years warrenty
  4. i have one of these saw had it since 2006 and it runs sweet at a nut and the starting it effortless and i have used it nearly every day and cut up some big lumps with it fell trees 20 inch across with it the 15inch bar suits the saw its light and im sure it will last you quite some time

  10. check you echo post there a place called here is the link they offered me 10% off this saw Oleo-Mac Professional Chainsaw 981 and they do come with a 2year warranty now and they new gs44 pro looks tempting bout about 4 years ago a dealer near me sold them and had problem with the chain dropping and cant keep it tight
  11. the echo saw's are good ilke i said sounds like a carb fault that may need a tweak my echos on a cold morning start fine but need to tick over a little first if not they will burp and stall but let it tick over for 30sec and be fine all day as for the oleo-mac saws can be a bit hit of miss did have a dealer close to me about 4 years ago the only problem was he said that about 70% of the ones he sold kep dropping the chain so you would have stop and re tighten the chain but the new oleo-mac have a 2 year warrenty so im sure they may have improved
  12. sounds strange for a echo my ones are all us imports and are fab 6 year old and haven't had a problem dose sound like carb setting is a little off

  20. i don't really do the log game i find is to much hassle for the work that's involved ans take is from me i was mega cheap most of my wood would have been left to season around 18 months cut to around 9inch long and spilt to about 2-3 inch width there would be around 8 to 12 well stacked wheel borrows witch was agreed and delivered at 10 miles away from my yard and only charge 10 pounds and they would still moan
