No pictures so it didn't happen, I walked up the Staffs Moors yesterday and saw what I now know to be a Reeves Pheasant, stunning bird that I've never seen before. -

I don't understand how they've pulled this off, how can they be made redundant when other people are going to fill the jobs. I thought the job itself that becomes redundant, not the person?
