I used to rent a pitch from a bloke years ago, the big house changed hands a few years back and the new owners turned the old cinema into a self contained flat, I fancied a week up in rural Saffordshire in the next few weeks, Steve who's extremely posh said "stay away Egg, the place is packed with people who don't give a flying". I said, "Don't you want me Steve", he said " no, you are more than welcome but I don't want you around here with these fecking people"... classic. my brother would have me but they're going to look after their grandaughter from next week, rules, or no rules. I don't know what's right or wrong!

Burglars are scum, but we simply don't have the prison space to send everyone down. I'm on trial on the 15th of June, that will be put back due to the virus putting cases back. It's a joke, my barrister has already told me what will happen if I'm found guilty, he's mates with the judge who will hear my case, and the prosecution barrister. If he's wrong it's good night Vienna.

3/4 probably should have been sent to court, but with no one there to give their side of the story it's game over. How many times do cases collapse due to lack of evidence? When was the last time you were on trial and actually saw how it works?

You have to have reliable witnesses, not young girls who have been brutalised by these bastards, or you are going nowhere fast, A good barrister will pull anything apart in crown court.

I've not a clue how it was/is allowed to go on, but no witness', no DNA, no guilty verdict. Simple really.

The victims wouldn't go to court to give evidence, how do expect a guilty verdict in those circumstances?

I don't begrudge anyone getting a loan, what I do begrudge is folk taking the loan when it's not needed, or to pay other loans because the money is cheap, it's not what it's meant for, and we'll be paying it back, not the Government. -
