  2. i've got the 8 footer,, and as tom said i can tow way more but for the money it's perfect,,, max, spoke to the landy mate,,, his is more for the same trailer, go for the 8footer. glad you liking the greenmech,, stevie has got a 14hp too,, he loves his,, just make sure there's nothing left in the shoot when you finish..

    i'll try again,,, it's NOT the iphone4, it's the IOS 4 software update on the 3gs.... nothing to do with reception issues,,, if you check the link you'll see it's a totally different issue to the one you are highlighting..

    346XP any good.

    my instructor runs a 346 xp with a 15" bar on it,,, and he's obi-wan-kanobi as far as i'm concerned.. great saw. only thing i don't like is the trigger is very "fat"

  17. apologies,, missed that little comment charlie,,, i thought all the threads re aspen were debates.... maybe the mods could move the comments/ debates re the pro's cons of aspen to the lounge and leave the tech comments in? failing that delete all of the useless posts like mine and start again..
  18. never liked it in my old job when a brand would promote itself by slating the other brands, my logic then was always "what if there were no other brands, how appealing would the product be" aspen seems to slate petrol at every opportunity, do all the aspen vehicles run on it too? do you guys pay 3* the cost of petrol to run ALL your petrol items on the stuff? or is it just small hand tools, I'd be much more inclined to give this a go if it was sold purely on it's own merits rather than slating the competition ( which lets face it seems to do a pretty good job) if you guys use petrol AT ALL in your lives then you should really re word how you push this stuff because at present it's looking hypocritical... :-)

  22. and don't forget the load rating if you're carrying chip etc.... too many folks sticking silly rims on vw transporters only to find them buckling...
  23. Stay well away from Mercedes! Their customer service is shocking I'd go transit good reliable and British!!! Re leaders what they are saying does make sense but you shouldn't have to pay more for it
