  3. Good luck with your adventure Hama:thumbup: sounds like you know what you want hope it works out for you. You have certainly give me inspiration to take more of an interest into the fungi side of things and il thank you again for your help. Ive enjoyed it here on arbtalk, a lot of arborists ive met at shows etc have tended to be arrogant and a bit hard to talk to so I wasn't expecting much from this forum but there is some good lads on here who talk straight with good knowledge like yourself and the lads you have mentioned. It's also handy to know when your having a bad patch someone on here is having a worse one and it will make you feel as though you should stop wining:lol: I also like peoples honesty if I talk to some arborists I know theyl tell me they are flat out making a fortune even when they are not but people on here admit to having a hard time and this way people can help each other out it's good stuff
  4. We got a call like that if it's the same it's a con mate they say they are from the council but they aren't my uncle was in a few of them didn't get a single call they made out I would be amounts a couple others that would be the only ones to get council work a bit like the police magazine cons mate
  5. Haha thats a belter
  6. I haven't watched the footage and I don't agree with the students at all but I have seen the police act like nothing more than thugs themselves, I've seen them in gyms, cage fighting gyms and heard them talk about what steroids they are using! They are at times as bad as the thugs they are supposed to be sorting out, I don't know if this is the case here but it winds me up when you see these bullies throwing women around etc and getting away with it
  7. Might aswel add my 3120 to the list:thumbup:
  8. The 372xp is the king:thumbup:
  9. Tell you what mate we've always used stihls but we bought our first 372 a bit ago and I like it more everyone I use it I honestly think it's the best saw I've ever used
  10. I think bracken is the ultimate spaniel name I can't wait till my boys are old enough to understand il get a couple of dogs not sure what yet fancy a couple of lurchers and a spaniel will call the spaniel bracken

  14. The heating is on in my house now 24 hours a day since the twins were born think my wife has OCD for keeping the boys warm just means I got to pay for it:sneaky2:
  15. Cracking little saw them mate
  16. Meant 372 for mid range not 395:blushing:
  17. The 395 is still a fantastic saw too so would would just go for which is the best price at the time. My opinions on the whole range of saws only coming from my experiences would be Climbing saw: stihl 200t Mid range saws: huskys 395/357 etc Big saws: stihl 660/880 etc
  18. They're both very good saws Ad mate I like the feel of the husky better not much better but I know them 660s last years I've been offered one on the cheap we don't need another big saw but it's such a good saw. Hope they don't phase them out in favor of the 661 because they done that with the 440 and the 441 I can't get away with the 441, we worked with some other lads today and I used their 441 to give it another chance and I don't think it's a patch on the 372 xp but that's another ongoing debate:001_rolleyes:
  19. I had carrier bags over my socks today lovely and toasty mate:thumbup:
