    Attitude, common sense and personality. Tickets or experience will come later if they already have it that's a bonus. I've had qualified lads with experience who are crap and you can get a lad in with no experience or quals but can look about work out what needs done and just get stuck in:)

    Does seem a bit of a stuck record really:001_rolleyes: dry wood burns I had a multi fuel burner bang the oval coal stuff on get it red then chuck whatever on top and it will burn wet dry or whatever species:)
