  1. Why do you want to change from the 2.1, is it worn out. I know its a bit of a pain climbing above your anchor point.

  6. I'm up Huntly way but do a lot of work in Aberdeen, Banchory and Aboyne area, will bear you in mind, main problem is transport to jobs.
  7. It could be argued that some should not have the tickets in the first place, harsh but in some cases true.
  8. Where abouts in aberdeenshire are you and do you have transport.
  9. As you said, you will have to change your bar on the stihl to one with the stihl mount but with a gauge of 0.58, sprocket will be ok to run the chain you mention. Rob d on here www.chainsawbars.co.uk would be the one to ask, just buy the stihl without a bar from your dealer and then get a bar from Rob if he has one to suit.

  19. Looking for recommendations for anyone that can rechassis a landrover 110in the suffolk area near Hesset. It is for a friend of mine, I would have done it but am 500 miles away. The chassis can be arranged to be delivered to where ever and would be a new galvanised one. The landrover is a 1995 300tdi truck cab tipper.Tipping body could probably be removed before sending over. Timescale would be as soon as, but could wait until christmas
  20. How the hell was it ever going to fit in that space anyway. Climb and knock top out simple fell trunk job done and no damage, damage to other trees unacceptable. As to risk to public???
  21. Practical test for Bartletts
  22. It gets addictive. He who dies with the most toys wins, I reckon @Aspenarb must be in the lead
