1. A few from yesterday until this happened.
2. Yeah it has a free hub mode which is just moving a lever.
3. Ive been asked a few time recently about the log grab so thought its much easier to make a film. I filmed it mainly on a clearance site, yes the stumps are high for the digger Any way its no reg or bourne and quickly stitched together but please turn to HD and hopefully you will enjoy. 4. That a lot bigger that it first looked. Nice job.
5. Yeah theocus, that's where I got the idea. I can't take any credit for the welding. I design as my welding is horrific
6. Hence why I'm the only one in my parts with one. I wouldn't be without it now. Yeah it gets some serious abuse though.
7. Only after you've paid and mainly in delivery time. But in fairness they did rectify it with free filters and Vermeer clothing.
8. It weighs 1,300kgs for starters and has rear securing points fir required. I havent tested it yet but i think i could lower it to the ground and use that as the ground anchor. Thinking about it you may have just solved any self recovery issues.
9. £17,950 + Vat for the 7" tracks (cash value) They upgraded mine to 9" tracks for free because they lost my grapple bucket somewhere in the Atlantic ocean. Great kit but terrible to deal with. if you do buy one make sure you get the workshop number. Saves a fair bit of on hold time.
10. So we got a plate made up for a tow hitch and winch. The portable winch pole mount fits in perfectly.
11. Awesome!!
12. Nice!! Love those kind of views. Just spectacular.
13. Nice work. Love the digger.
14. Haha yeah some arguments have gone off but that's life. Personally I can see myself and this other company merging in a couple of years purely because we have the other bits of kit the other doesn't.
15. What it's all about Jon. Helping each other out rather than all the bad blood that seems to ruin the working environment.
16. Bad back. Or digger. I forget.
17. A few from today. Finished felling the ones by the power lines then we piled into another site my friends company were doing. We were free so we shot in and took out the roadside tree whilst they did the in garden stuff. Didn't charge them as we help each other out regularly so it was quite nice to get them ahead.
18. Yeah, we quoted to grind them but a digger was cheaper. Yeah its good to bring them on as ive been lacking lately because weve been too busy. Hes getting the hand of snedding.
19. Well John, I did drive over a pallet last week. Lets just say it didnt go well for the pallet.
20. A couple more from today as we got ahead so a but more practice for one of the apprentices.
21. Nice use of a winch lorry. Looks like a stressful job.
22. There ok, much narrower than my Vermeer. Basically it depends on what you want to do with it. Buy the biggest model you can afford close to your working plan. I'd never be without mine but that's only because of the work I undertake. Oh before I forget the absolute most important thing to do is check what kind of attachments it can power. You know flow rate and pressure things. It helped me plan for future investments. Hope this helps.
23. Pretty picturesque
24. Cheers Robert.
25. A few bits from today. First job was a no go because the only person to forget was the main car we needed moving. So we caught up with the other crew then took the 2 apprentices to a small pre development site to practice felling, snedding and extraction.
