Global Recycling are now the only distributor for the Norwood products for the UK & Ireland, previous dealers were not stocking but we are ordering One/Two containers at a time.

I have checked with service & we have no record of these faults inside or outside of warranty, we have a record of drum bearing failure Seven months after purchase but was this due to the greaser being sheared off? There is only Two purchases in 21 months, the second being knives. I will always give feedback to the manufacturers to see if there is a repeat pattern but these reports are new one’s to me, I will forward to JB this morning.

I don’t think that machine exists, 5” is large for wee chippers. We offer the self drive Jo Beau M500 but you wouldn’t lift it.

Sounds like you have had more problems than all our JB customers put together, I will check our records next week to see how many times we came out to faults & also check the warranty.

Hi Jose, there will be machine in Wokingham at some point next week on demo which is about Six miles from you, this is our first demo machine since release last year. We are currently selling Three per week, they have taken over from the HB20N which has always been our best seller. The downside with narrow track machines is the length and/height of the machines but everything has to go somewhere, they are 7’8” long. We also offer the Jo Beau B31-110 which folds up short & is the same width but £5K more.

Nothing wrong with the 65’s & they are still offered as a new machine, weights can be between 1000-1300kgs dependant on spec. There is a 65, 65e, 65ew, 65xl, 65xp, some single feedwheel & some twin. That will outlast any modern 6” chipper & easy to maintain.

The tracked barrow is Honda, with or without dumper & the conversion kit is Jo Beau. The chipper clips on, it is possible to fit without wheels but this way it fits all purposes & the barrow can be used for other jobs.
