  1. Ok enough thinking how many do you want?
  2. Sold it, strangely enough into France.
  3. At 21" capacity it's still a hand fed chipper according to Bandit.
  4. Leave the saw on the floor, no need.
  5. A digital tacho records everything regardless of card in or out, switch it to out of range when not being used. When you insert the card it will automatically switch back but you have to manually change to out of range. The tacho will ask you to input any differences manually but I keep manual time sheets to show out of range driving & other work, this is also a legal requirement to keep 30 days worth in the vehicle.
  6. Business at Bandit is booming, if you were considering one you need to order now as lead times are 12-16 weeks minimum. 9" & above is possible, turntable yes, overhead hydraulic winch yes, lightweight no, 2200kgs minimum. I would be very surprised if there is any stock around, we now only have One ex demo chipper.
  7. Yes we keep all the popular bits + we can source most others, all in all nearly 1 million quids worth.
  8. We keep all the filters
  9. The Bandit 2900T at work today in Cole Park, an 8ft poplar stump and another fifty various stumps, nice property.
  10. I don't know if I'm honest, throughputs are so variable with so many factors involved. Figures are published so differently, Bandit rate it as 85ft per minute. It actually has a 24x26 opening & is still rated as a hand fed chipper!
  11. This was approx £186K with all the options, it is fitted with a CAT T4i 275hp. Unfortunately now everything is switching to T4i prices are going to go through the roof, from Jan 1st there will be no more T3.
  12. I thought you would like that Eddie, don't worry everything is cheap down at Deano's deals.
  13. Here,s a little more info. This unit has a Bandit-designed overhung load adaptor, providing longer bearing life and easier serviceability. The bearing can easily be replaced without replacing the whole unit. All loading, with the exception of radial loading, is taken off of the motor bearings, increasing motor life and efficiency. The mower was designed with special high-yield, wear resistant material on the mower feet and the drum backer to increase life. The mulcher head is driven by one 110CC hydraulic motor with a single Poly-Chain drive belt. The variable speed motor will drop to a lower gear, increasing torque when the unit is under load to help prevent the head from stalling. The variable speed motor spins the head at approximately 2,250 RPM in its high gear. When a certain PSI is detected, the motor will kick into a lower speed, higher torque gear, spinning the head at approximately 1,500 RPM. When the load on the mower head reduces, the motor will automatically kick back into high gear. This helps grinding with lower horsepower, and it can be adjusted for different skid steers for optimal performance. There are two hydraulic reliefs. Each relief allows the attachment to be fine-tuned to the hydraulics of the skid steer, for best grinding performance. It also keeps pressure spikes from going to the relief on the skid steer. This will allow the hydraulic oil to bypass back to the tank, protecting the pumps of the skid-steer loader. The relief block goes up to 4,500 PSI, and it can be adjusted down as needed. There are 36 teeth along the full length of the mower head. Each 1 5/8-inch-wide tooth creates a more aggressive mulching action, limiting the amount of the bite taken. Teeth are positioned in a way forcing material to the center of the mower head. A unique raker design forces material to the carbide part of the tooth, improving tooth life, grinding performance and helps prevent the mower head from stalling. The skid-steer loader must be able to pump 23 gallons of hydraulic oil per minute at minimum and 40 GPM maximum to power the Model 60FM. 14. A 21" capacity drum chipper with up & over hydraulically folding discharge, infeed conveyor, all radio remote on rubber tracks. We can do that!
  15. How come you get all the best jobs Pete?
  16. Think I will check this out & earn myself some brownie points.
  17. This looks nice, is it dog friendly.
  18. It is remarkably like the STX-26.
  19. I think your opinion is just fine 😊
  20. This is yet another new product from Bandit, a nice addition if you already own a skid steer with enough oil flow & cheaper than a self propelled mulcher.
  21. Dean 07730000498
  22. Had a play on my own stuff today, cut 12ft off the top off my hedge a week ago so it was now sopping wet. Couldn't believe how quick I got cleared up, there's definitely room for these wee machines in the market.
  23. I can send you both English manuals if you need them, belt tension will be ok if you can twist it 90 degrees in the middle of the pulleys.
  24. I would like to speak with you ref the Bandit HB20N, this is now 25" width with dual wheels as std, 25hp & choice of teeth. Unfortunately there is no availability until January on new machines as all machines arriving are already sold.
