  1. The Multitek with he circular saw are far superior to the saw bar, a spare circular saw has only been sold once and still sits on the floor from new. Personally we have never changed a tooth and they say up to a 1000hrs can be achieved. All machines have a wide trough for crooked timber, a hydraulic folding log deck as std and the splitters start at 20tonne.
  2. Ah that's got all the optional extras, not sure how long ago that was.
  3. It cannot be £3K cheaper as the M300 is £3500, the new M250 is £2200.
  4. buy cheap, buy twice.
  5. What about the Bandit 2900T fitted with a 5.7ltr 165hp V8.
  6. Not worth the trouble even if you could get the engine to fit, we have been down this road many times. You'll find you will need new engine mounts, then the exhaust will be a different size, the electrics won't connect as they are different connectors, the belts are out of line blah blah. Not worth it.
  7. 490xp (4")
  8. Bandit have notified that One will be ready for the next container leaving 1st week of November, we can't hold this back for more as there are some other large chippers in there that are sold. I am hoping to get this out and about but I have had a few enquiries this week again, I'll keep you informed.
  9. Oil cooled or air cooled, what's the issue?
  10. Should be easy enough, we have modified a few different machines.
  11. What do you want to do just reverse the feedwheels?
  12. I am biased towards Bandit but have a P450 & a P28RX for sale.
  13. The HB20 shown has been sold by me today but I have another coming if that's what you choose.
  14. Quick demo today with the 915, 20 mins on a large Eucalyptus then we were gone. For all those that say there chipper is a beast should see this.
  15. I remember we upgraded the springs but can't remember what else, it has been around now for approx 15 years.
  16. Not sure about the mog but the Bandit 250pto weighs 1750kgs
  17. I'm spending a few days in Woodhall Spa in Lincs & yesterday whilst sat having a pint of cider something tried to carry it off, I guess it must have been a hornet. I've spent a day on and off googling, it was a good 1 1/2" in length, quite passive & there was no buzz at all which I thought you got from hornets? The only thing I cannot find anywhere is the fact it seemed very orange in its midriff. It flew off & then returned but I wasn't quick enough to get a photo being too busy running away, definitely the largest I've ever seen.
  18. Bandit machinery has always had a 5yr guts warranty covering the build, chassis, frame, disc & drum etc. Engines are 2yrs.
  19. 19.5"x15", the drum chippers are great on everything.
  20. Upgraded 990 chassis with smaller diameter drum than the 1390, still has a 5 yr warranty.
  21. £36k-£42k
  22. No we still have the 990 as it's our best seller, this is the next size up under 3.5 tonnes. 15" capacity with 142hp.
