stuntfelled an elm butt into the trailer today, found a mattress to protect(ish) the ifor a bit. it was 10ft long by approx 3ft, the weighbridge confirmed it was a 1.9tonne lump, pics to follow when i get them through on email from my bro:thumbup: much easier than ringing it all up and lifting it manually

nice, more lights is always better! don't forget you shouldn't use them on public highway as they are higher than 1.2m above the road.

never been hurt by lighting fires but had a dustbin size incinerator with a chimney lid, it went out so poured in the petrol and poked a match in a hole near the base, the lid shot up in the sky.. so much fun i did it again:thumbup: get well soon feller

in the dormant season is best to avoid bleeding, they shouldn't need much just deadwooding etc. its a bit late now. Ed

yeah just checked, found a damp tenner wrapped round my phone, a fist full of sawdust and fluff and two dated 20p's edit.. and a seriously worn bank card that has taken a right beating even though its quite new

does anyone know of any countries that don't get pollen from end of may for two months? also does anyone know of any tree work in these countries?

yea big time, it started about 6yrs ago and kept getting worse with grass pollen, if someone starts mowing in the next garden in summer i just go home. not too bad lastyear as i started taking benadryl plus about now and doing the nasal spray twice a day, it still gets so bad i feel like migrating for the season, people who don't have it don't realise how disabling it is, can't breathe, see, itchy eyes and nose and of course sneezing.

i hate eye scratches, i got a splinter inside my top right eyelid, it was the exact second the pic in my avatar was taken chogging down a wee pear. i got a bit of sawdust in last month and like an idiot rubbed it and made it worse:thumbdown:

turn the light off? i had a mate who said he had trouble with sleeping, i told him a pint of whisky would cure anything and next time i saw him he said it wasn't a good idea. dark cold room with loads of exercise during the day
