  1. did you check the direction of rotation on them anacondas dean? or do they work best in reverse for your drive? not bein arsy but usually directionals are t'other way round, Ed

  3. got my hayauchi with saw n lopper attachment at aa show '09, been very good, aluminium one, only problem is having to change saw to lopper and back, need spanner + screwdriver, could use quick release bolts though, was £210 inc free t-shirt..Ed

  5. could try a landy 'bait car', filled with petrol jerrycans, linked to an old mobile phone, remote detonation and lightly toasted scum. wish i had a spare landy now..

  8. just been told a local tree surgery firm's had their LR90 stolen a couple of weeks ago, from outside on main road, bad news all over for landy owners..Ed

  12. dont suppose anyone could knock together a simple wiring diagram for this kind of rat catcher, found a rats nest made out of the bottom of my favourite rope bag, they just ignore the traps, im ace with motorcar electrics but sadly unlearned when it comes to household electrics. Ed
  13. had some mad old woman tryin to tell me they are sacred ancient trees, not sure about that but the fastigiate form 'sheerwater seedling' is a common street tree. the berries can be used to make a dark orange jelly similar to marmalade, also can be distilled into alcohol..mmm. Ed

  15. I always tell my planting customers (guys only) that they should pee on the newly planted tree/trees, they're eyes light up at the thought of peeing in the garden and getting away with it by the missus,
  16. always pee on the woodchip, heard it puts essential nitrogen back in haha
