I have tryed to adjust the screw (oil amount) on the underside of the saw but this does not seem to make any difference? also the screw doesnt bottom out tight, or unscrew out all the way? is this how it should be? Hope some of you kind people will be able to help Thanks in advance

6. Alright saying you can split a artic load in a day if its all ringed up, but how long does it take to ring a wagon load off timber up?? Its as broad as long really compared to a processor?

9. It does well for the size of it, punches above its weight!, it spends most of its life on the trailer and sometimes gets a workout on a 30" kuhn rotorvator .
10. Oh she's a belter!! cheers Jon!!
11. Cheers Sandspider, the little Kubota is a B7100 manual , worth its weight in gold for round the yard !!
12. Last load i had in to the yard (Lancashire) i paid very much the same price as that, that was delivered from Cumbria so id say it,s about right
13. Cheers Ste nice to do business with you two, let me know when there is some more timber ready! Thanks again
14. Jennings "cocker hoop" going down a treat at the moment! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

17. ive given up trying to get artic loads of hardwood in to the yard, its just to scares round these parts, and when you do get it the public dont want to pay the going rate for it, i think softwood is going to be the only option in years to come. my second year on mainly softwood now and folk are begining to grow to the idea, i just hope the supply/price of decent processor size softwood dont go through the roof!!
18.
Hi there, intrested in the timber in burscough, only a couple of miles away, might be able to pick it up with tractor and trailer? if there's no other takers tomorrow call me on 07976952031, thanks in advance Craig

19. I had some through the processor last week for the first time, 10" round in 9/10" lengths, just stopped the ram dead (10 ton ram) up to the fourway knife and it would't push any of it i cut through the knife! Had to get the big home made splitter out to get on top off the stuff !!
20. Looks like a top job that!! Going to have to get my welder out and have a go at making something similar!
21. Hi all, as above what would you be expected to pay per day for a tractor with hydraulic log splitter (large home made splitter), with fuel and operator for hire per 8 hour day?? All the timber is handy sized hardwood rings that just need to be split and put in to a heap at the side of the tractor
22. Mines been the same here to, last few 5L seemed alot thinner than the oil from 12 months ago
23. I find trailer rules harsh! i can't pull my twin axle plant trailer behind my transit van legally at the age of thirty to deliver logs because i dont hold a B+E trailer licence?!, but i can go out carting straw with a artic trailer on a 50k tractor with up to a gross weight of 24 ton.I know there's a difference between ag and other road going vehicles but some how this seems a bit daft to me! I suppose at some point i'll have to bite the bullet and get my trailer test done!
