  1. I got a crewcab ready to roll look in the trading section well worth a look
  2. Heres my one angle iron welded up and then screw into the tipper body fully removable. [
  3. Been getting quotes for insuring another driver on one of my trucks best quote so far is £1800 third party, Im only 24 but my other driver is 35 does anyone else get any decent quotes any places to try ?.
  4. Thanks mate this cold weathers messed with my electrics all pointed to the rectifier which sits under the chassis splash zone so should have been obvious really but all done till next time lol

Right after finding out the price for a new charge coil was £188 omfg, i actually learnt how to use my multimeter properly. instead of dc switched to ac to test the charge coil and got 38.5v hmmm, so next the rectifier looked ok but the connector block looked dirty unclipped it and wiggled the wires to find one pop out very corroded. so look at the pics below and see how i saved money £0.50 worth of iffy electrical skills and yes 14.7v charging the hassel i just saved by actually looking properly this is only a temp fix id like a new block anyone know where to get one or a new rectifier if its under £50?.

  8. If the leaves or little needle thingys froze bad enough the frost can damage them and they will die, again could be many other factors but thats the first thing id think

I know all about stress im 24 been building my company since 06 I have now learnt to be a boss a manager a chainsaw mechanic a chipper mechanic human resources manager recruiter customer services officer payroll manager marketing coordinator advertiser promoter a truck mechanic office worker secretary accountant book keeper to name but a few and im only good a cutting trees all that crap is a side order. Most people have one task think how many we have i work 7 days a week my mind never stops buzzing i get headache and stuff like that but when it all gets to much i just ignore the phone and limit my work to what ever i decide is ok, Some people think no you should answer all your calls etc i think no thats the pressure that wreck you learn when your feeling stressed just book enough work increase your prices do less for more and you will find your business now works for you, stop working for it. You create your own stress you can remove it all about choice.
  12. I got the iveco 35c12 its 116ps 2.3 hpi 40kgs lighter then the 3.0 litre version when i tip off my loads seam almost twice the size of my transit crewcab loads and that had an ally tipper on it still does which weighed 2400kgs id estimate my iveco around 2.2-2.3 tonne
  13. I did lol not worth £86 and isnt it half price till feb lol. Although its handy to have so if you want it you pay for it. If you wanna offer customers the lastest in standards then you really need to know what they are i guess or dont advertise work to bs3998 standards.

I fix all my equiptment i never looked at a manual just unbolt stuff make sure you know where it all goes simple, when i first brought a 200t i took it apart just to know how i can diagnose problems instantly and fix them onsite, Dont be affraid to try the worst part is the fuel tank fiddly. £50 an hour haha really surely you know when you been tango'd Ill fix your saws for £25 an hour plus parts no vat,

  22. Just a suggestions stop leaving expensive machines on railtracks, they have all night to break any lock they probly watch you in the day wait for you to sod off them bam. It may be a pain in the arse but thats what you gotta do my little chipper is bolted through every hole its a fcker in the mornins to unlock but its there every monrning. Best of luck finding it also if you must leave them onsite whack a tracker on them

  24. I just got a 35c12 116bhp makes a transit look like a toy of a truck, much faster pulls so much better tight turning circle, springs are alot better i have 5 compared to two on a transit. My only gripe is i got no lekky windows carrys a load like a transit carrys no load. I would of like air con to
  25. Only timberwolf will have the right no stress for your machine. Get saturn blades as good as oem but cheaper.
