  1. any courses going in essex ?
  2. they still got the winch mate only just logged into arbtalk ?

  3. i use linc master wheel clamp and lock lets be honest do you really want a cheap one how much is your chipper worth ?. spend as much as you can £500 to secure £5000 and so on also buy a big chain for when in transit how easy would it be to pinch a chipper unhitched ? lock em round lamp posts
  4. Well in the interests of accurate information with a touch of boredom i found this for all you diesel lovers. From hmrc site. 4.2 Does any separate machinery on my road vehicle also have to use fully duty paid fuel? You need not use fully duty paid fuel for your separate machinery provided it has its own fuel supply and auxiliary engine separate from the vehicle’s fuel supply and engine. You must use fully duty paid fuel if the vehicle’s fuel supply or engine drive the separate machinery. If your vehicle is allowed to run on rebated fuel because it is an excepted vehicle (see Section 8), any separate machinery can be similarly fuelled. Cough cough i was cough wrong But what does that mean for unimogs ?. Unless thats an excepted vehicle. Well there you have it.
  5. Bloody hell get over it im talking about a 125 and ur nit picking on law like it or not u r illegally using red in your chippers. Im sorry i really am haha id use red to but if you play the game you suffer the rules 125 rules man yeah its the little chipper with a big chopper hahahah
  6. If you get pulled by vosa and they dip your tank you will get fined i dont make the rules i get done by them so do it at your own risk. The chances of having a chipper tank dipped is tiny but as your using it on a highway they can nick you.
  7. You cant run a chipper legally on red and if they dip your tanks your nicked. Price of diesel is more then petrol the 125 is very good on fuel. much preferr the 125 fact the bearings last longer on the 125 than a 150. Reason because you are made to change the blades and keep them sharp lazy people use dull blades which ruin bearings. And 2 ton an hour is crap i fill my iveco in half an hour easily its as quick as i can feed it. The only advantage the diesel has is less time on no stress. Apples for apples the 125 is the better option for so many reasons both 6 inch. Id rather have a brand new 125 than a secondhand 150
  8. I have an 35c12 iveco an a transit crewcab iveco whoops it much more power carrys more better in every way but costs more tho i dont like the dash mounted stick shift cos its sloppy on the iveco
  9. How much is the new quadchip road tow interested ?
  10. i think they are trying to price under 25's out of the commercial market. i think its bad having to pay near £3000 for a years insurance on a van worth 1-2 grand.
  11. Dont worry the groundies carry it hahaha
  12. Ladders are for pussys so consider me a pussy haha i got 45ft ladders very nice
  13. The problem with bitching is it devalues the forums content and can affect rankings so i can see why moderators are needed to keep people on topic and relevant. Misunderstandings will always occur on a forum as an expression cannot be expressed accuratly through text. So every one needs to man up
  14. Untill the day comes where is is clearly stated in law that only qualified operators can use chainsaws then there will never be a black and white answer. You legally have to be gas registered to installl boilers the same should be for the dangerous tools we use. Its one of the few power tools i think you should be qualified to use as it can cause horrific damage but you cant police the world. And as it is we have all got used to the system and use it good or bad to our advantage as i will admit i dont always do risk assesments on domestic jobs im terrible i know
