  1. Shame that is the way the future looks:thumbdown: Husky had a bit to do with it a few yr ago, I guess they saw no profit margin for the imput so pulled out. Never know someone may like to get involved again apart from aao? I hope!

The feathers in big hat type I hope. Nice spot to observe such wild life I would think:thumbup1:
  3. I had probs with my saw tuning when using it a few yr ago & put it down to its claener burn. I would like to run all my saws on this perminantly so a little fine tweak is no prob. As for the cost I hope to factor this in on an extra £5 or so a day dependant on the job along with promotion of a more eco friendly oil & fuel opperation. Maybe with more of us using this fuel the cost may come down a little for us all! Although I think this may be a little blinkerd thought:001_rolleyes:
  4. I think it comes down to the refining prosses bing alot more involved than reg fuel. Not sure on weather the govrnment have their claws in on it yet!? Sure they will though if it becomes a big player in fueling our industry:sneaky2:

I thought so to hence the post as I know next to nothing about times ect of hatch ect. They were in a box & after watching them for a while they were defo bringing food back to the box not nest material. Where is down hear for you? I have been working on the outer reaches of london for the past few weeks. I gather from a previous post that the mistle thrush are early layers ect. I will have a fair amount to go back to in 6 wks or so.
  7. Out stretched arms. The Dure tells 1000 storys. If only we could listen to one! Nice pic's
  8. The quantity is not a prob as your for mentioned co supplys 200ltr. It os just getting someone to store it that is the hold up! Do you tune your equip to cope with the lean 'imo' mix? may it be burning to hot, thus coroding your exausts quick?
  9. Most def live up to your avtar name:thumbup1:
  10. Sheathed or not? Would like to know too.
  11. Yea sssi:blushing: I think this fuel is a way fwd in close prox wrk people like yourself & anyone that waves 2 stroke burpers about day in day out! The main complaint I have heard about the fuel (apart from £) is it's availabilaty? I have found an outlet that sells in 200ltr containers! not sure how this needs to be stored within cosh regs? I belive it is in min spillage of x3 the quantity of substance, but with regard to the fact you could blow up a small village with 200ltr this may differ? Good to hear you use this fuel & bio chain oil on a reg basis. It HAS to be a good thing!?
  12. Nice job to get Rupe & proper nice site. Is the band above the graft point belonging to a grcs or hobbs? or just some random old bit of belt left by a late king?
  13. Dose or has anyone used Aspen 2t fuel in their equip? If so do you still use it due to it apox 3x the price cost & why? Dose anyone that use's it have to because of sssa along with bio oil & if not why not?

More chicks this week. Monday, blackbirds with chicks in a bay that was down to be removed. Today a cherry that also had the black spot with blue tits in a box feeding chicks. Removed the top ot the cherry from another tree without bothering the nest. Black spot next month!!
  15. What did you get away with? Hope it was lots as they seem to be ripping off alot of people imo..
  16. Sweats will set in as the guest observer:lol: Best of luck mr monkeyd. Hope to speak soon in cyber or person soon:001_smile: Your input to this forum is much valued...
  17. Got the Stein rc3001 confused for the double bollard with mec advantage plate wrong. Do you know when? & where this will be on sale? One bit of kit I would love to have fun with.
  18. Use for the rigging plate apart from speed line? Has this an advantage in spider leg config rig tec's?
  19. Fantastic:thumbup1: Black & white now! You work for Bt I take it? Where can I get a print out of the £ for above quotes ect?
  20. All sounds great. £ & who sells the RC3001? I have a 14mm double brade line for lowering most stuff. Petzl rig plate?

A better derailer:sneaky2: Lady in the second pic looks a little worryed to be in the co of the limmo along with the red eyed bloke Beast of luck & may the birds tweet ewe:001_tt2:
  23. The holding power even with such decay & your pull from 15m is astounding. Did you just lay a horizontal cut in the remaining live wood? What did the final pull? I like the hand winch method if you have the time & stamina to go through with it as espesuily on beech this must give the fibers time to fracture with max effect? Any pics of the end result along with cut angles & placement? Looked like fun project to do:thumbup1:
