hi andrew what courses do you run in total wish i knew about you back in august 2010,when i done 38/39 and had to travel for one and half hours every day [and back home] 15hrs driving a week,when i could have drove 30mins to cowbridge:001_huh: i did 30/31 in llancarfan [not far from you] regards martyn

hello if you look at nptc website,under training providers you will find hywel rees based in vale of glamorgan[i did 30/31 through him] proclimber,who are based in west wales,but are worth the travel[i did 38/39 trough them] proclimber also have their own website you will find that both above,will also have more competative prices than pencoed or any collage,which are expensive:thumbup: good luck

hi hodge i have meindl boots but not those! they most prob will give,just a bit tight cos they are new i have forest runner (waldlaufer] boots and they felt tight at 1st due to the memory foam,but after a wearing a few times they are a great fit,keep your feet warm,comfy and nice and dry:thumbup1: i also wear them to climb:thumbup1: ive had haix and lavaro boots and the meindl are my favs

a good little book i bought last year! british native trees[their past and present uses] wrote by piers warren,a treesurgeon from norfolk[may have hung up his boots now] includes a guide to burning wood in the home. chapters on. coppicing, charcoal production, firewood, environmental issues, sources of wood, seasoning, storing firewood, kindling, building a fire. and also trees by genus [21 trees] last chapter further resources interesting book,only a smallish paperback can pick up for just over a fiver:thumbup:
