You really should not be using an air rifle to kill anything unless you know what your doing and judging by your question you dont really sound familiar with guns ... no offence intended but you should know what you are doing to kill in a humane manner
  2. Absolutely brilliant ... the best I`ve seen
  3. Steve... interesting videos but any chance of subtitles for all of us south of the border
  4. And Jesus said unto his 12 apostles as he was being nailed to the cross ... Dont touch my @@**in Easter Eggs, I`ll be back on Monday!
  5. It all depends on what you intend to do on it and remember that you get far more for your money from a desktop than a laptop so if you dont need the mobility go for a desktop.
  6. Thought he would have held onto those love handles
  7. I have had numerous Dell PCs and only ever had one problem and that was sorted immediatley with a home visit ... my last one was bought via a reseller whos name I cant think of at the moment but have a look on ebay you can often pick brand new ones up on there from resellers.
  8. The loader was supplied and fitted by the local John Deere dealer and they are coming out to do the work... I will pass on all suggestions .. Thanks all for the advice
  9. There are four take offs on the back but these have all been disconected to use on the four connections on the loader.

  11. Bought a new one in the end but it wont `tippy tip tip` as gensetsteve would say ... apparentley all my hydraulic connections are being used by my loader so got to have something extended and swap connections over to tip
  12. A lad who was a year older than me that I knew from school and had farmed all his life popped into my work place a couple of years ago when I used to sit behind a desk and my staff could not believe that he was my age .. his body was kn@ckered .. needed new hip, knees .... its just not good for you
  13. Thats right ... when I was swinging the axe I kept telling everyone that I thought I would become deformed from one side of my body doing all the work .... and they said .. become??
  14. But I have lost strength .. I can only lift about 60% of what I used to and I used to be the dip king and now I think I would struggle to do ten ... sorry but manual labour does not seem to keep you fit but just kn@ckers your body.
  15. When I started chopping wood just over a year ago with an axe then splitter and small processor I stopped going into the gym but in the back of my mind I thought that I was still keeping fit because of all the lifting swinging lugging etc etc ( I`m 54 BUT am told I`m not like a normal 54 year old ) ... I went in the gym yesterday and I have gone to rack and ruin .. I am nowhere in comparison to what I used to lift ... this manual labour lark isn`t good for you in any sense.
  16. Very good point... I hope you offered them advise on what to plant to compensate.
  17. A man with imagination ... theres a discount for quick completion
  18. I just put two firelighters in my stove and chuck the logs on and away it goes. No need for any kindling ...... but then again these are my own logs that I have seasoned
  19. Not all that rosy really... I decided to become a property entrepreneur and bought this Land for sale in Montague Street, MANSFIELD, Nottinghamshire, NG18 I got planning but now the banks are not lending so nobody is buying development land Doh ..... so I spotted all you rich people selling logs and thought I would give that a try
