  1. Jonny 69 I’m tempted to say I don’t know what you are talking about but, I was afraid that an answer like yours would be the only 1 I got back ! heavier and longer than out other chipper, rear rather than side entry for brash, but …… also cant find any info on it slightly worrying

    It’s disappointing isn’t it , fantastic when running but caused me more problems than any other saw , and that’s since 1970 ish !,back to using a spring as a.v. have pulled the starter only to have the casting break that holds the spindle, will be interesting to see what husky have to say at the apf

Good idea I need to get back to carry on from where I got to last time, but calendar full till after the APF and there is the must not miss, especially if you have children/grandchildren, Wealden woodland show the w.e. after the apf!! I have contacted the F.C. and will try the camp site to see if I can ‘do a deal’ with them , or if you can’t wait, and I wont blame you, just get down there most beautiful place to cruise trees…..

  20. a super place to work! It is a great shame that the evidence of SO D and AOD or whatever it is? shows its self on the journey to house, I understand from the past forester at the estate a couple of years ago that they were losing up to 50 trees a year! And unfortunately over an uneven age group, to see mature Oak just dying in a few months is a very shocking sight, the approaches to the house are through impressively well stocked parkland.   21. Not this w.e. any more but a shot or 2! Baskets of charcoal, containers of ? fat tallow paraffin wax? Sort of thing

  23. The drive through the park to the house is worth a visit, but take a day to do the house and garden with the sculptures ( care limited time ) cracking day out
