R5 log you must look at / for grant funding to assist with purchase , this must be in place and agreed before you buy as retrospective application cannot be accepted, I have had no luck with this but have seen numerous new ‘toys’ part funded by grants, ask others and suppliers or ask on here there was eec monies available in the past and I am aware of numerous new builds helped with funding, I understand that the paperwork is tedious but the rewards can be generous, worth exploring!   13. I suppose having the 2 of them it had to happen ! reverse drive excellent vision and good road speed , almost aquatic grinding but not quite, although a little disappointed the digger driver had smarmed 1 of the stumps in slurry before we got there

  19. as above From experience nock back is usually caused by wrong angle on the chipper blade but infeed force is required on tp / ducker to keep them going, the 760 is usually more hungry than say the later style 200 etc. the blade seems to eat better , check both sharp feed rollers are a must for efficient through put. top roller some times get stuck up with shards of wood , good luck

  24. 2 more from the same site clearing understory up to about 100mm dia. tractor hp is 85 big for its size! but good with chipper and flail!
  25. Yes work well but as with all mulching the bigger the diameter the more power required. Resale values on good machinery is high, but look at the cost of new ! and you see why, if going for reverse drive check how easy it is to operate the hydraulic controls and or have remote levers to operate spool valves
