  1. i still climb on a weaver and when it fails loler test i will be buying another. have had 5 so far
  2. with the new one out in june and everybody flocking to buy it i will wait and pick up 200t's a bit cheaper so they can clear old stock
  3. i can do block days if thats any good own saws/climbing kit nearly 20 years exp. and truck if needed

The weight of the trailer, when fully loaded, can’t weigh more than the unladen weight of the vehicle 17* B auto As category B with automatic transmission 17* B+E As category B but with a heavier trailer that isn't covered in the descriptions for category B 17

  14. if chipper is 750kg or less and unbraked nothing over and any weight with brakes you need +e catogory. and as for weight its a max of 3500kg and 8 seats

  16. start by getting top off and strip trunk down to where top is going top be having the trunk as a high anchor the just take logs down as if section felling lombardy's are not nice at all if the money was right i would gladly come up and help you out but its a 280mile round trip
  17. i know where you are coming from tom but i think you will struggle to get a climber in on £100 per day it costs me more on a weekday, weekends add at least 50% on top. not digging at you we all get prices wrong at some point. if you do get a climber to do it and i hope you do just treat it as a learning curve.

  19. if the money's too good on this job you you may have to share a bit more than £200 as working at weekend at least double the offer then i am sure a climber will get the job done for you...
  20. with the old metal saws they where only 020 the t only came in with the newer plastic version. mint saw and hard work at full stretch on tips:thumbup:
