  1. why does every one say hes such a good climber ?? im not for one minute saying he isnt but standing in the centre of the tree felling long branches out doesnt involve alot of climbing , i enjoyed watching the vids but some of the rigging done buy guys on here in smaller trees is alot more technical , does make me a bit jelous as to how much space there is over there in the states

  22. it was prob around 25 % but the pictures are decieving ,the customer was happy to do what was best ,but they origanilly wanted 50 % off which would have looked shocking as theres no growth on the inside i think i acheived what i wanted
  23. i always forgot to take piccys so thought id try and remember today ! unfortunatly its only from phone camera so there pretty naff but hey ho . was a good size cherry but a bit of a ball ache to climb around . cracking day for weather though
  24. but if the beetles still in the wood being bought in then i guess that wont help ??
  25. not always !! i think alot of what we do trying to prevent dutch elm doesnt make much sense somtimes we bleach the saw bars after cutting off infected branches yet 3 miles up the rd in the next area the councils dont give a crap and the streets are lined with dead elms ? unless everybody is taking the same measures evrywhere surley its inevitable that the elms will all go !
