  1. I am friends with several other tree surgeons orround my way ,i will sub to anyone in need and often have a hand here and there . i allow a few to tip when in the area and take timber from sites etc ,its good to have friends in the trade
  2. all good comments ,she seems to have a great temp ,when she has her jabs she will be a tree loving mutt every day .

  6. i love mine ,and they will give after a few days ,best boot i eva climbed in

Mine is made of ply ,its good stuff cost me £54 a board and i used 3 of them . painted twice with thin bitumin for tin sheets . the body is just over a year and a half old in the picture. it took 3 hours to make and even put ladder holders on top . I priced it up in ally and with fixings it would have cost over £1000 and arround 2 days to make
  8. If was you jon i would go for the 390t ,they hold there money better than most of the massy tractors ,the 290 is getting on a little and the 399 is good but its not a 390t as they say ,you must ask ,do you need a loader if so then have one

  10. had a few trees that had died back on the tips and were dodgy to climb and a mewp was out of the question so a fell was the solution ,damaging a few bits on the way down but helth and safty and all that

  18. i know a chap with one in swasea ,where abouts are you living ?
  19. i have had a fair few tippers and the iveco 35c 140 bhp is by far the best more power than you need and good on fuel it also has a 6 speed box . very good tucks if there teated well service regular etc there not that expencive on parts either
