  3. Sounds good , IMO it will not work out this is just my opinion tho , why don't you try taking on another crew / break your crew into 2 and split your time Between the 2 crews

  13. My very good friend has a 62 plate standard pickup , it's manual tho , what a powerful truck but its been to the dealers for a fuel leak into the bottom end 3 times and still not fixed
  14. You are spot about the size jobs you take on , some weeks your in shorts doing nothing but hedge work and the following week your removing 10 large trees Whitch require 5 men and 100k worth of kit

  19. Hey English boy , I would tend to agree with your way of thinking as far as running kit that you own , every penny it earns you are making . New machines are great but they all loose money need insurance , and keeping under lock key and shelter , new kit will also break down just like old kit , if your using your machines your self this is the better way compared to hired help/ staff using your older kit , what Eva way you look at it and I mean what Eva way , if you own it and look after it your on a winner it's just finding that balance between new and worn out
