  3. i got in free, i had a free ticket cause i was pole climbing, but no one asked me to give them a ticket soooo
  4. got my self a backpack blower and some new stretch airs from fr jones then i said to my self thats enough money gone.
  5. i should have been there, butttttttttt i had already been signed up for the pole climbing at the APF show but, if your at easton i take it ill see you next week.
  6. more like 20.1 inch or something lol just niped it off so i could cut it all from one side, as i didnt want to be moveing behind the tree on the steep banking. only had good place to stand on one side. good point about not getting into that habit though the other fells werent worth taking pics off as were alot smaller.
  7. me 20inch bar was just struggling so just nipped the tiny buttress off.
  8. first of 3 sycamores that we felled today back leaners over a static caravan site, also on a steep banking all came down with alot more wedgeing than i thought

  12. anyone have husky backpack blowers?? im in the market for blower and can get a good price on a husky one whats the good and bad with huskys blowers?
  13. i shall be there friday, my apf course starts friday but ill be missing that, stubid idea starting a tree course in middle of a big show like apf i thought.
  14. todays eucalyptus dismantle all rigged down to a pole by dinner. ringed up with a 3120xp with a 42" bar.
  15. no thanks at allllll i couldnt do that in a million years, i dont like man made structures at all, i dont think twice about trees though its weird my mind. respect to them guys who do that for a job though

  17. paying £325 delivered and picked up, as i need a tracked 18meter (the slim go through doors type) for getting into next doors garden to do there half.

  18. for the platform they want plant hire insurance, so ive taken it out today so when i get the paper work through ill sort a date out asap to go do the work and ill ask them about the monkey puzzle while im there, cant say when they will want that doing if at all though.

  19. hi ian not on site thursday now by all means go and look at it. having no end of trouble with plant hire insurance so should hopefully have that sorted out soonish.

  20. ooo i wouldnt have said plastic are better, no way always have my two high lifts with me, only plastic wedge i have is one i won and i only use that up the tree. well thanks it turned out better than i thought usually when i have bore in from both sides it doesnt come out that well
  21. i stuck the high lift in the side which gave it a little tap, then contined the boring cut and out the back and she went straight over so wedge wasnt even needed really.
  22. ill stick the hinge shot from my stunt fell on here aswell
