  1. i dont have one never have, alot of people i know who have them have them cliped onto there chin strap on there climbing hats.
  2. same i paid nothing best way got my cs 30,31, 38 all free and really reduced price on cs39 while i was still at college
  3. had this willow to fell this afternoon half hours work, turn up stick landy winch on it, and heres how we left it gotta love these jobs then called in to see how guy was getting on dismantling huge beech with crane how i was jelous not up there doing it
  4. ive got one of them oregon bench mounted jobs used it a fair bit when i first got it, but now ive got really into my hand sharpening so never use it now. but its there if i get a really battered up chain
  5. dont forget about the most common ways of people cutting them selfs with silkys take one of them deadly things to show them.
  6. yer it comes standard, not dodgey at all, all you need to do to unlock it is sqeeze trigger nd let go of trigger, some blowers have them.
  7. on the 3120 where the throttle trigger is theres a pin you can push in to lock it on full throttle.
  8. spose to be going to a funeral friday aswell but i cant miss college again to busy atm its unreal, how you finding the course people on it alright?

  9. agreed, other schliesings im not keen on but i like the tracked one 9inch i think one i used. apart from it setting on fire last time i used one in summer on one of hottest days
  10. alright mate, missed second week of college forgot about my holiday booked in scotland when i last spoke to ya. this friday im really defo going to be there. where do we have to meet etc in mornings?

  11. haha i climbed down under a overhang and snaped off aload of icicles, think a lady might be abit disapointed with useing that as it would melt quick

  13. small ash from today, small tree, tricky location all leaning over the shed roof in the next garden. and trees growing up all around it so no matter how much thought went into the rigging it all got stuck in something. not to mention the couple hundred yard drag to the chipper. still it got done and no damage

  15. glad my 3120 got a throttle lock. that week you want me ian i wont be able to make the friday cause of college but rest of the week is all go. looking forward to the felling.

  17. my mates landy, (im not keen on them) only pic ive got is from one of my jobs, customers pics they sent me. now has a roof and spare wheel back on the bonet which is me hassling him sayin he really should do it. its so much better for it.

  19. last of 4 really dead willows from today, dismantled the first 3 and this last one just spiked up 10ft to take first couple branches off, then stuck a rope on it and felled it. brushed the trees on the other side of the driveway and hit the conifer hedge but it was so dead it just smashed to bits on impact

  21. i think its a complete waste of time, you wouldnt fit anything in that chip box, you cant fill it with timber, the only thing i could see it useful if you are doing woodland work. but with doing woodland work you wouldnt need the tipper you would want a big tool chest. but thats just my thoughts.
