  1. Stuff like this is on the market, but sounds quite flimsy. I wonder if a sturdier version could be made... Tamper Evident Labels - Design your own Asset Labels - Express Asset Labels Dantech, UK
  2. Is there a product on the market now that does that with a custom graphic? Or not and that's why you're working on something?
  3. +1 for spudulike. He saved my 395xp with a similar problem. (and a few hundred quid less than the dealer quoted you for the 372, inc post) He will do a much more thorough check of the saw than just whack a new pot 'n piston in.
  4. I was working for a firm today that had their company logo stickers on each saw and it got me thinking. Is there such a product, where you can have your company logo or details on the sticker, but if anyone were to peel it off it would leave the details on the saw (like the 'void' stickers on electrical packaging)? Or is that a stupid idea? I know it will be like a drop in the ocean as far as stopping thefts and getting kit back but it may work in some cases.
  5. Gotta love arbtalk squabbles Explorer - quite interested to see the SW in action, i'm near Bristol so if there's a chance to check it out, let me know. Cheers
  6. A company i worked for last year had transit mewps with 240k+. Quite impressive for a tranny i thought.
  7. Surely just get someone with tickets to buy one then, instead of paying £300+ over the odds.

  11. That's what I thought, if someone is prepared to pay above rrp for the 200t. I bought my 2007 200t from ebay for £240 with a big metal toolbox full of chains, files and lots of other tools. Guess I could be lucky but it runs perfectly.
  12. Not my auction or anyone I know to be clear. Just thought it was funny that it's reached over £700 with 3 days still to go! Madness! It'll be interesting to see what it reaches. Personally I would rather buy 3 tidy second hand ones for that money. #NEW# STIHL MS 200T CHAINSAW MS201T TOPPING SAW TREE SURGEONS FORESTRY GARDENING | eBay
  13. Had a few tanks through my 560 now and have to say it makes the 362 look like one of those chinese fakes. One of the guys I sub to didn't have the bottle to switch to husky either, just bought a new 362. Oh well.
  14. Did this one before I moved (re-trimming, can't take credit for original shaping) Fiddly work, not much fun but nice to step back and look at the end of the day.
  15. Yes very busy at the moment cheers. i'll look out for you on the roads and wave
  16. "..or if your cuts are just s in general, this technique is probably not for you." haha Very good instructional video. Nice one.
  17. Work in Warminster quite a bit with Acer. Hello!
  18. At least he's not the only one to have received quite negative feedback on a reduction.... (wonder if tom2020 ever made it back to finish ) http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/picture-forum/27-general-tree-pics-937.html#post802089
  19. I think what people are getting at is that there is no target pruning, just loads of stubs which will encourage horrible rapid regrowth and will be harder for the tree to seal the wounds.
  20. We've given the winch attachment a good hammering, shock loads aswell. Dito on the bollard - it's been sat in the container, not a mark on it!
  21. My merc814's odometer stopped working a few years ago at 370k. Not a work truck but same engine as alot of mog's - can't beat old Merc engines for reliability!
  22. Jodi: Smack in mouth 001 Steve Bullman
  23. At the risk of missing the point, could you just...er, not get a new £15k 4x4? Do you need one? 18 years old, not even passed driving test, not qualified from college yet.... Sorry to be blunt but you could save alot of money!
  24. Wow! My girlfriend added to my insurance on her provisional is £50 ish for a year
  25. are you attaching it directly? If so is it too big? Or the right file type? (mp4 -781.3 KB , mpeg -97.7 KB)
