i think the small things amount to alot with this work. workmates you can have a laugh with, customers that are really pleased with the work, views from the tree - just some of the many things. this is me talking after just over a year in the industry, so check back in 20 years to see what makes me tick.

the rules do not include replacing rude words entirely with asterisks - yet i have noticed my posts being edited for including such profanities as 'asterisk asterisk asterisk asterisk' surely four asterisks in a line does not count as a profanity??!

sorry to be slightly off topic, but is it possible to get temporary public cover? (ie for a certain number of days, over a weekend etc)

if it helps i am on £90 a day for subby climbing with 8 months climbing experience. i know people who charge around £180 a day (i guess you have to be at the top of your game to get that).
