  1. I ran turf pattern tyres for one set great for turf laying and working in the dry as soon as a bit of moisture appeared they spun. Trying to carry large roll turf up slight slope just sat and spun, couldn’t drive in a straight line on slope with bucket of soil , very soft side walls, sliced and gouged by stones, but didn’t mark lawns at all and wore out very quickly on tarmac and concrete found the industrial pattern much better and lasted a lot longer , still have turf set just in case though and bar grip ag pattern just for muddy jobs put on set on forwards and one on backwards
  2. Turf tyres are soft not always suited to loader work, depends what you do they also have no traction in the wet, I run ag and industrial pattern neither cut up badly, traction do suffer from punctures more but in mud they are the only one that work ask yourself why a part used set of tyres are up for sale
  3. Diggers are cheap and easy to hire , it’s a dive to the bottom with price, try hiring a mini loader, far more skill needed to operate so not so available

  5. You might want to look at Ditchwitch,Vermeer, Cormidi etc tracks much better at earthworks
  6. You would have to remove ram and replace with solid bar
  7. Look at the 219 it’s between the two got one on hire can’t fault it just more power and reach than 1.8 for same size nearly
  8. Tidy the edges with a sharp knife, remove stake and replace with a double stake and cross bar much lower down use a rubber tree tie staple to cross bar leave it to grow should be ok
  9. Put it on the deck get it looked at by someone who knows cherry pickers
  10. Have you thought about a loader doobin is in love with his new one!
  11. I’d seriously consider new then keep it forever bobcat do good deals look who is local to you
  12. New or secondhand?
  13. The only problem holding these back is they are not allowed to tow a trailer, so can’t take more than a couple of attachments to site. If these could they would be a game changer. how can jcb build a machine like this and then produce such poor mini diggers?
  14. Yes I can take it away £80.00 per tonne tyres and hoses extra
  15. Why get another Very simple to make it fit loader and an excuse to get a rotating head stock
  16. Can you place the shed on bearers not a concrete slab much better for tree
  17. Can I say told you!!!! Why are you using the 360 to level loader would be much quicker
  18. With Dutch elm the leaves wither and die staying on the tree for a while
  19. Go to Klou direct £2500 plus vat
  20. The flail on a loader is far better than a pto flail on a tractor
  21. Buy a hydraulic. Motor put on adapter plate off you go flail collector might be a stretch
  22. It really depends on your budget, small tracked dumper will work down slope little tractor and winch will work both ways, old landrover and electric winch will do odd jobs but not for long overheats or with a hydraulic will work all day 100 m would leave a 30 m gap in the middle if your not trying to make money could be overcome
  23. Might as well sell compact I did my loaders go everything that my compact did and more
  24. Can you get three phase smart meters? Going to change house supply over from two phase,
  25. In another couple of days you will wonder how you managed without it, and your back will benefit greatly
