  2. wen i had 4 f/t it used to take them 10mins to get ready for work wen they got to the yard i soon stopped that malarky,i told them if you dont come ready & dressed for work @ the stated time get here 10 mins earlier, so your ready @ the stated start time ,job sorted all came siuted & booted & ready
  3. 7.30 in the yard here too, get to site before the silly hr starts ,school run for those not in the know ,

  5. get a tool vault and bolt it to the floor ,using cleet washers on van and box
