  2. holy moly thats a big chopper:001_tt1:i felled for a skyline once years ago when i was pretending to be a lumberjack in argyl, it was on the side of a mountain. it was amazing what the guys could clear once they got set up. :001_cool:on the same site they had felled for a chinook to see if it would be better, it never even got near to the job due to weather conditions:ohmy:
  3. loks good drew, i have just started using a ropeguide and got in a right mess trying to lower it down with my throwline, my fault entirely. i had to climb back up and untangle it. wont be doing that again if i can help it

  16. i think reg was wearing them at the show. they look like mountaineering boots. but there trousers are great and the t shirts are awesome. i take it the boots will be good. they are very red
  17. i would say my average tree that i work on is about 15-20feet tall. mostly garden fruit trees/conifers or badly pollarded birches/rowans/sycamores. horrible looking stuff only there for a screen:001_smile:
