  4. i work very locally big ammer, and 500quid gets it road legal. so it wont take long for the lad to bounce his way there. it is just a very diferent approach to each job, more thought needs to be put into them for it all to work, you cant beat manpower that is for sure, but we all know how hard that is to find and i cant guarantee lads work i am afraid

THERAPY!! have the balls to step up to the plate and admit there is a problem. some folk drink, some folk fight, some folk go to the gym. but all your problems are in your head and there is only 1 person incharge of that. go on try it, i did. i am wearing shorts, just had lunch with my wife and kids and now i am away to play on the mini loader up the yard, and i love checking my bank balance now, not run away from it. you are not alone guys, if not for yourself but for your family.

  16. you think to hard about this kind of stuff andy, just buy them mate, you wont look back. if you are working with steve and his ear plugs then it doent matter because you dont need to telll him anything, he knows what he is doing. but if you ever have any newbies on site or machine men, then put it in your RA that they need to wear them or walk:thumbup1:

  18. new it is 24k in euros. this model is a 2 year old demonstrator with a few extras built into the hydraulics.
