  1. cheers guys! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  2. Now that's a loom band! I bought Xander a loom, just a long narrow thing, there were no instructions, he was hoping to do stuff like that, he did mention making a gerbil!
  3. Just it's summer coat, winter coat you wouldn't see the band:blushing:
  4. You'll be after the Skyhuck 2 version though:001_cool:
  5. Great for those big tall hedges! I wonder what size of engine is in that?
  6. There was a cool toy when I was a kid that had about 16 wheels, it was on the adverts on Satarday mornings, it looked awesome! I begged and begged for that toy, when Christmas came, I knew by the flat floppy wrapped present it wasn't that, :thumbdown:I still soldiered on, with my eyes filling up with tears of disappointment and trying to still look excited, and when I opened the prezzies infront of my mum, who was on the edge of her seat with excitement. It was a matching denim jacket, jean combo in the darkest blue possible from Janet Fraser!! Every 11 year olds dream! That day while writing all my thank you letters before 10am quietly while the queen did her speech, struggling to actually put pen to paper due to the elbow restriction caused by the sheer thickness of said denim, it was worse than trying to play golf in a wet a donkey Jacket! I vowed I would buy my own trucks with big wheels and never wear denim again. I sit here now in my comfy Bergaus expensive action pants, posting pictures of my Mog while looking at my Range Rover Sport in the driveway!
  7. Not as nice as mine Great work On the trees! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  8. I'd rather a jingle in my pocket than a pat on my back:biggrin: Getting not shouted at was the when I knew I was doing ok:laugh1:
  9. You know it makes sense. Mines been working all week, domestic jobs that I couldn't of done without. Big hedges where the 8" chipper ate easily, connie stumps which I ripped out with the Hiab, tip sites in fields, then today it was a mobile platform and then I did that ivy infested elm in 2 cuts. This set up is certainly the best I've had. Cabs rough, that's the only thing. Apart from that she's almost Arb perfect imo
  10. Ah the 6 the gear used to have a boss who would sit his huge hand on my knee when I was a yts, I threw his good shoes out the window as revenge Most of the time, telling folk what to do is a,waste of time, they don't listen and do things their way, then when it goes wrong, they have to feel guilty and stupid for a good while, that's the bit they don't want to go through again and you are trying to prevent

  12. Other thread was about a guy investing his money in his business on something that imo wouldn't be any good for what he needed. So I was being practical. If he said, I'm going to drop a V8 in an old 4x4 so I can blast round the fields and make as much mess and noise as possible, I would say go for it. These guys stuff is in a different league, I now know where to go if I win the lottery:biggrin: And of course I would buy 2. I'm allowed to like and want things I will most probably never own, as is anyone.
  13. The water seems cold in picture 2:001_rolleyes: Beautiful pictures, I know which is my favourite though:biggrin:
  14. To worry about what's best do with your money rather than worry about not having any:001_smile:
  15. I wonder how many will spit their tea out when they read that:lol: I left school when I was 15:blushing:
  16. I had to google that Eddie, very cool!
  17. Or register any large vehicle in a small Scottish island and you don't need an O liscence:biggrin:
  18. If you want to make good money, hang up your subby harness and buy a hedge cutter and step ladder. Put a roof rack on your car and get a little trailer, then a wee van, then a bigger van. Then you will be well known and folk will say, do you do trees aswell? Before you know it, van, chipper, a few staff a nice house, holidays and some nice toys. Or of course, get a Mog, that's a fast pass:thumbup:
  19. I'm a Lidl and Aldi kinda guy, much more space , so no problemo:biggrin:
  20. That's brilliant!!! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  21. Best description ever, it's certainly happy!! Brilliant work:thumbup1:
  22. Anyone who wouldn't want that needs their head examining imo:laugh1: I'd have 2:thumbup:
