  1. Bugger, can't make it. I saw the sign for it when I drove past the other day... A mate of mine is going hopefully...
  2. https://www.snssafety.co.uk/product_info.php/honeywell-northflex-oil-grip-glove-4501517-p-286236?gclid=CO3Bo4Ph8coCFQmNGwod8dgApg&osCsid=5d9ee976880380d88883b1396122890f IMO the ultimate grip and dexterity glove for the forestry work I do including handling timber, forest machine maintenance etc. Superb glove; does what it says - handles grease and oil and thus mud and algae marvellously. I used to buy in bulk at Cromwell but they've stopped doing them. I paid £2.25/pair plus vat for 12 pairs but bought 3 packs at a time i.e. 36 pairs hence the price (I assume) and got through approx. 100 pairs a year; that's including supplying them to colleagues. They last pretty well handling dry timber. Anyone on here want to stock them? I'll buy approx. 100 pairs / year... assuming you make money and I can get a long-term deal. Thanks. Size 9; tight at first but then a snug fit for size 10 hands. There are subtle variations to the North Oil Grip; it's the one in the pic it has to be.
  3. Probably. But at least you could neuter it and re-tune
  4. Anyone got a 501esx yet? Hope a good saw yes no thanks all nice one there hi all thanks jon:sneaky2::sneaky2:
  5. Wow! What the hell is this blue sky and ball of fire? Feels nice on the skin
  6. EVER going to stop raining?
  7. Doesn't matter if it stops raining for a day or two, that won't dry the ground up. I'm going to have a fair bill for tidying the site up after this.
  8. Toyota Landcruiser!!!
  9. Quite. I reckon more than 50% of road users haven't a sccoby on the highway code.
  10. Cos time is money! And it's in short supply. I wish I had the amount of spare time these lightweights have. La la land.
  11. And another observation; crap drivers usually drive what I call undiscerning cars. Egg-shaped Citroen Picasso being the classic example. Yep, dump drivers buy poo cars.
  12. My driving instructor was superb; I was told to keep UPTO the limit where safe to do so and not to get to a roundabout, stop and then look to see if anything is coming round! Even the advanced driving course teaches you that; observation beyond the immediate surroundings. I swear some people get the middle and right hand pedal mixed up. Another thing, you've got the slow coach holding up 10+ cars and yet you're knackered because the several immediately behind the prat are content to sit there, also doing 28 in a 60 limit. What is wrong with people. I honestly don't get it.
  13. What's that all about then?! I do a 100 mile commute daily, on roads which are 85% 60 limits and Imo it is safe and reasonable to do at least 50 in these areas. So why do so many people think it's fine to drive at 28-39 mph for miles on end? Even the flippin artics are overtaking them on the long stretches. Just been down a poker straight 5 mile stretch, stuck behind some blinking idiot playing with their hair while doing 29mph the whole freakin way, finally overtook, and then another one; nothing around whatsoever, wtf?! These morons are just everywhere. Aaaaarrrrrgh! Cheers.
  14. Dolmar 115 or PS-5105 or PS-6100 or Echo CS501esx or CS620sx. Can't recommend auto tune offerings from Stihl or Husq I'm afraid; I need to produce timber, not hang out in a repair shop.
  15. Go with steroid (cortisol) injection if you want to wreck it for the rest of your life. That simply masks the problem and does nothing to aid healing. AVOID! Gentle physio and exercises. Isolate the tendon by resting against a door frame and do wrist exercises...
  16. Least said soonest mended.
  17. Tis why I look like a ball of Mozzarella
