  1. Stick with the Hilux bud. Why do you think otherwise?
  2. Not a chance; ride-on mower plus trailer strong enough to take said mower will be well over 750kg...
  3. Lol at that
  4. Meindl Woodwalker for me...
  5. 661 without hesitation. 880 is just too much of a boat anchor. If you want to run an extra long bar just whack on some skip chain
  6. The PHO should be evaluated separately to the B&C imo...
  7. Sweeeeeet!
  8. Plenty around here that burn nothing but SS. Dries quickly but also re-absorbs quickly too; must keep roundwood / logs covered. It aint beech obviously but that's not the point.
  9. Please don't get taken up the proverbial on this one. I'm not in favour of donations to museums; they should pay like everyone else imo. Shavey et al on the other hand would love, adore and keep running... oh and pay fair coin...
  10. Agreed; Hermes are major trouble Interlink TNT, DPD et al
  11. Flippin brilliant Time for me to get saving! Is that brand spanking?
  12. Truck of dreams
  13. Some enjoy nonsense, some enjoy formality... That's that.
  14. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
  15. Either stack emission testing pre H&S era or landfill site gas and leachate sampling. Of the two, stack testing; perched on untested scaffolding tower with a load of rattling glassware, trying to dispense various nasties into a dioxin wet test array upto to 300' up in the air, either sweating indoors in almost complete darkness as carbon black rains down and your BA gets changed every hour or outdoors on a slate mine in the pouring rain dust testing. Dodgy as anything.
  16. Back in the good old days I did my time in those tents... Old, fat forester now! I got inspired by yesterdays Desert Island Discs with Ben Saunders.
  17. Remember this can take a lot of the guesswork out: https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/?_ga=1.39352035.1153195836.1454420800 These always hold their money because they were so good on fuel: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-brava-pick-up-/262296846177?hash=item3d121c3f61:g:mp4AAOSwDuJWxhkD
  18. Mitsubushi L200 TD Long Wheel Base Pick Up | eBay but pref 4wd... No 2nd hand hilux is cheap; pointless imo. I went smashing around some woods in an even older L200 with over 300000 on the clock the other day; fair one.
  19. I went and bought an old 1998 L200 single cab with 47k on it for £850 plus vat; needed a steering box and a bulb to get thru MOT. Sits in the yard all week. Why tie up money in a machine that only does a Saturday morning log round? For me anyway and those have dwindled. When the back rots away, a tipper conversion and 2 cube deliveries in a basic, reliable old tool with a pre-cat, pre-egr, pre-elctronic fuel pump etc engine. It is a lot sweeter than the 2004 one I had, more go in it too.
  20. Barrow bags; chuck in a few done; tarp covered trailer if need be. Trouble is you need a 4x4 for some drops, a tipper, a lorry, a helicopter!!! Net deliveries by drone?! Edit: sod the trailer - just a headache. You wanna see some on the drives in devon! I have to reverse up one in Chollacot Lane in Whitchurch - OP you prob know it - flippin murder.
  21. You get what you pay for. Pay cheap pay twice. Ryanair are pure and utter rubbish. Better conditions in HM Prison.
  22. I reckon you'll struggle to get a forwarder to site just to do an 8 wheeler load. I'd have said Kleen Kutt but they wont leave an LTC...
  23. Ditto. What on earth is ".?" supposed to mean?!
