  1. I would put some kind of steel mesh over those rear windows, sods law you will put a log through it if you dont. lol
  2. magic wand, dont you mean gypsy stick? The shaft on our pole pruner broke, thought id never miss the bloody thing but they do have there place and are pretty usefull, for both trees and hedging
  3. I have limited knowledge about quads, but stick to branded ones, such as yamaha, honda and the like as appose to cheap chinease rubbish. IMO i would reccomend a motocross bike over a quad aswell but this isnt what your asking so ignore that lol
  4. Yh tell me about it, id like to think id still have a bash at battering them lol, especially if my boss was there, ex marine who has dabbled in boxing he can be terryfying to say the least...
  5. Glad you got it back mate! If i was in that situation i think we would have all piled out the van and given them a hiding. Gotta be careful at these places though, before you know it the whole caravan site will set on you and then your deep in the poo lol
  6. its is sold by volume as depending on the type of wood and how dry it is the weight will vary. As for price, i cant comment

  10. Will the fact its been in the water for so long add any charistics to the wood, staining or colouring of timber?
  11. If you are 19 mate, are you only going to be able to tow a trailer that weighs 750kg? This is a problem i have myself, i have a 90 but being 18 can only tow a small 750kg trailer, or have you passed the "trailer test" i forget what the proper name for it. lol
  12. Got them from john craddock, bought most my stuff from them actually, very helpfull people. they are 285/75/r16 discovery cooper stt on modular wheels. The trucks at work have these tyres and i find them to cope very well on and off road, plus i did abit of research and they seem to have good rating.
  13. £600 exactly, i was chuffed to bits with it. Ordered them lunch time and they were with me 9 oclock the next day all balanced up and stuff
  14. I know, its a bugger knowing when to stop lol got seat covers and a 2inch lift kit to be fitted, need to save my pennies again before i spend anymore on it i think
  15. Get a good tree ident book, and just look at the trees around you. If you dont know what it is, look it up and try and remember. Just keep doing this at every oportunity, go for walks, visit arboretems, check out the trees in your local park, and when you notice a tree you dont know, look it up. This is what i do, works for me. Ive been slacking recently though, need to get back into it lol
