  1. Cash or cheque, and i play where's the money. A number of customers like to hide the money, and then give me very vague discription of its location. The longest search so far 25 minutes ! up until now touch wood never had a problem with payment (now i have jinxed it)
  2. i am amazed at all the respones from everybody. There is going to be a block of mixed hardwood coming up soon, i will let everybody know when. Standard day rate applies of £90 per day. Cheers everybody

  4. Beautiful creatures, but never seen any around here. Did they come over to check you out, their wings make a fantastic noise.
  5. Good guess, it has had a large amount of brambles wrapped around the axle. How much of a pain is it to get the half shaft out ?

  12. I (and Mat, cheers mate) have spent the last three days extracting the unpopulars poplars. The mighty nuffield has done sterling work dispite the moist condition under wheel. Now the dry side is complete, onto the wet side oh joy.

  14. Just a quick thankyou to Mat, good days work today, although you were looking tired towards the end. Hope you are not too tired tomorrow, still no 14' poles to stack. :thumbup:
  15. Any body free Thursday and Friday for some dull hard work cutting and stacking 14' poles of unpopular poplar. You will need NPTC units. Location is in Lawrenny, Pembrokeshire (West Wales). If it is wet which is looking likely, you will resemble morph within an hour. Can i tempt anyone ?
