  1. Try hack squats...advice given to me by Mike Hill because of my damaged left collaterall ligament......They work a treat for me and probably you aswell taking your height into account.

  15. I wouldn't do that, I'd just take a silky along the next time I went there and tidy it up myself then inform the club of their mistakes. No need to inform the authorities imo and you never know you might even get to clear the swims prior to a match and make some money.

  20. You wont grow to your full potential. One body part per session with a max of sixteen sets. Legs first cos they're the the most important. Day off then chest, next day back then day off then shoulders then arms then a day or two off then back to legs.
