It went quiet for me a short while back but things have picked up well since then so my advice would be not to worry, sit tight and dont under price too much.....

I wouldn't do that, I'd just take a silky along the next time I went there and tidy it up myself then inform the club of their mistakes. No need to inform the authorities imo and you never know you might even get to clear the swims prior to a match and make some money.

You wont grow to your full potential. One body part per session with a max of sixteen sets. Legs first cos they're the the most important. Day off then chest, next day back then day off then shoulders then arms then a day or two off then back to legs.

I have to let my Hunter go out every ten days so I can clean out the ash. It'll burn 24/7 for weeks if I let it. -
