Strange really as I have seen this transit about locally but now I have a face to go with it and the reg plate . Hope the phone call will help somebody else out .
  5. Any of you people had one or owned one ? Are they normal Mot or similar to the 3.5ton Mot . Will only be towing a TW 125 and chipping into the back . Crew cab tipper is what I fancy .
  6. Yes Skyhuck I should of phoned the police although it was raining and its Sunday . No excuse but I just had enough for one day after that confrontation 001_smile: I am normally so switched on . Probably working Sunday in the rain didn't help ?
  7. H Hunter I have heard of this before when a local gardener got his tools pinched . Trouble was he had the same routine most morning's local shop for a paper and his fags . Only to come out one morning and his hedge cutters / strimmer and blower had gone : ( They were on his little Bedford Rascal pick and not secured ?
  8. Got the reg no . Will call the local bobby in the morning . I normally lift the tail gate up but on this occasion I left it down . It doesn't help that there are no retaining pins on the hinge as quite often its used a a flat bed ? Lesson learned for the sake of a few mins I will lift the tail in future . I just cannot get over how off the cuff it all was to them
  9. Well I was happily grinding away some 18" Conifers Stumps today . Then all of a sudden I heard a loud clatter / bang . I then proceeded to check the odd noise out . What I found was 3 young scally wags whom nearly had my plant trailer tail gate off and away . When I confronted them they retreated to the safety of there High sided Tranny . Telling me that there father would be coming for me lol . How stupid / brazen are these people ?
  10. Last time I had the Mighty Jo out
  11. Why not contact all your local Golf Course's . I did this over 15 years ago and boy did it work . I offered a realistic day rate with all waste chipped and left on site . I am still getting calls from members who have seen me at work . So now I still do the Golf Course maintenance and the members trees Had a deal with a Garden centre a few years back . They recommended me for Tree Work and all the Replanting / Landscaping work I passed on to them I always ask new customers if I can improve my service's and if they have any ideas how as I would love to hear them . Most of the Ideas are tat but some have been very helpful
  12. Odd but nice Have you got a pic of her after a trim:thumbup1:
  13. I have more hair on my chin and shoulders these days . Shave my head every 4 days . I don't understand the comb over brigade / Hide the bald spot .
  14. Me personally , well I would zip tie them up n duck tape there gobs . Pillow case there heads and drop them semi naked 50 miles from the theft . Please note with no money . Although I'd let them keep there shoes lol .
  15. of fudge lol Multi Tip is by far the best
  16. Nice seeing some eye candy once in a while but come on guys . This whip of a lass has you all drooling you bunch of spanners
  17. I just think your an attention seeking little girl . No offence intended . Just my honest opinion .
  18. I would gladly nail there testicles to the nearest fence post . But as we all know these types have no balls !
  19. I use a green stone , Silicone Carbide Disc which fits on my 4 inch grinder and it outlasts the diamond one . Its also a lot cheaper I sell them for a £ 10 plus p&p
  20. Excellent Mother in Law downstairs nice and warm and hopefully she will be doing some tasty grub for all . Sorted Ben:thumbup:
  21. Brilliant Matey
  22. Nice one
  23. Fair Point . I fitted ours and researched the whole process a year before fitting .
  24. It really annoys me that these stove fitters almost always insist that you install a flue liner ? If you have a decent functional chimney you don't need one. Anyhow the liners only last on average 10 years . That's if the buggers are fitted right in the first place and not upside down like some Ive seen
  25. That seems a fair price
