A first for me today after twenty years of spoiling trees, i dropped my saw onto my strop and when i went to pick it up again the saw had pinballed (target audience:001_tt2:) to the base of the tree leaving me with a saw strop that had come apart at the stitching. has any one else had this problem? confused1:

  10. two ms200t's and a ms260 stolen today in milton keynes from right under our guys noses, saw them being walked up the road:mad1:, even chased the car on foot. all serial numbers are available if anyone gets offered a moody saw .

  12. we've got normal grinders, this is for stumps and all roots to a depth of 450mm minimuim in a sensitive area where the surrounding soil cannot be disturbed ( can't be pulled out etc) apart from grinding, digging, lowering the machine into the hole and grinding again i cannot think of a way to do it apart from the mythical mini digger . i refer you to my last post and await your solutions:biggrin:

    tree fella, unimogs are a cheaper faster way to get a big chipper to site, think about how many times you could use it now, they are not alot wider than a transit but are higher:001_tt2: . depending on the size of chipper you have on the back thy can be good for big takedowns or horrific thorny jobs, be careful offroad they will go anywhere but they do leave there mark:blushing:
  15. can anyone tell me where i can hire a mini(ish) digger with a stumpgrinder or just the grinder attachment . I know they exsist but cannot find one. I need it for a job in n. London.

    sorry to hear about that, we had a break in about a month ago and all they did was set our yard on fire. if you have an idea where the suspected culprits are staying try asking the police to search. we did about three years ago and got all our kit back witihn 12 hours. good luck fella and dont let the bas turds grind you down.
  19. try stripping the carb and replacing the basket filter and tank filter
