  3. But it does show that any brand of machine has problems.
  4. Got a forst 18 months ago, Greenmech used to be the same before you had to go through there dealers who were mostly useless.
  5. I would rather deal with the organ grinder than the chimp! Not having dealers suits me better,just call the factory,get a straight answer and parts next day.
  6. Go for the forst :thumbup:rock solid. You won't go far wrong with either to be honest.
  7. Are they water proof and vibration proof? Good set up if they last with machine use.
  8. But do they work in metal buildings and shipping containers?

  10. Mines on 220 hrs now, no problems here, I have found redwoods after sales to be excellent
  11. That's goosed ! It only seems to be the 6" machines thete having problems with.
  12. Or contact the dealer and get them to sort it.
  13. Tom D has a tracked one that tried to eat it's self. Redwood will sort under warranty.
  14. Yes but you have to set the auto tune when first used,not hard but some people don't and then complain it won't run right!
  15. Hell I can imagine and a guaranteed pathway for infection. One problem solved another long term one created!

  17. Leaving stubbs is not good but neither is leaving large wounds as the tree won't close that size but you have to do your best with what the customer wants.

  19. Nothing wrong with auto tune if there set up right. 357 are old and will be mostly knackered get a 550 xp
