  5. Fixed it, no I don't know what the problem was. Suspect its a spark problem.
  6. Mine did that on the second day of use, sent it back to jonsie and sorted , been no problem since.
  7. They dont look too good the second pic is the worst. Its starting to grow a finger and thumb!
  8. yeah there is, makita and echo but neither look right well designed.
  9. Never used the husky and with the stihl bs i would say husky but the bg86 is superb.
  10. LOL a good few years ago i had a van signed the the sigh firm sent it back with professional spelt with 2 f's ! was it i a "nomadic van" ?
  11. There made by laski and badged as gm. There ok not a bad machine. Hardmet landforce are now the dealers.
  12. its down to air flow, sycie seems to do it a lot. i dont store logs in a pikle any more but use vented bags and have no problems.

  15. It won't have trouble if its a pto as it has its own pump, a hydraulic one runs off the tractors pump. For a compact I would get a pto splitter.
  16. Diesel aint really a problem as it's not volatile like petrol.
  17. It is the way forward imo and from a employers point witk this nanny state of health and safety with staff not having to decant and handle petrol and long term cancer risks will slowly become compulsory . Im still looking at ways to sort the problem.
  18. Yes i said it would be stored in a steel container, there not happy with that volume of fuel in one place. told me if i had that amount on site my insurance would be void.
  19. its a fuel problem. your trying to run it up side down!

  22. i called in at the Aspen stand at the AA show and there doing a good deal on a pallet at a time, i was interested but having spoken to my insurance firm its a no go, they wont cover me if i hold that amount of fuel on site! small quantities its simply too epensive, my local dealer in wakefield wanted £23 for 5lt i can see the benifits alright but it aint gonna work as it is.
