  17. Slow week really...Lime trees for the next month...highlight was the Spraying of 30 or so Oak trees in Gunnersbry Park,West London..treatment was for OPM...the tractor and driver had come from Holland and he showed great skill in weaving in and around the trees whilst spraying. The applicator was a multi-directional nozzle made up of about 20 jets and blown by a powerful fan...with a tank. Delivered a total coverage up to 40 plus feet but drifting higher... two more tractors soon join the spraying.Trees will be sprayed twice... and I tested out my new small cooler bag....kept an end of week thirstquencher ice cold for 8 hours:thumbup:

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
