  1. Very warm sunshine in London....heading to Capel Manor Arb show:)
  2. En route to Capel Manor....no more coffee today:rolleyes:

Light wasn't great David...tree has very large black FB's all over it up the trunk and highup on each leader...it has a network of old cable bracing throughout the crown...as well as a large cavity roadside....its BIG....Will send more when the light is better...its worth a look if you're this way....
  4. The only thing I ever get in Maccy D's.....coffee..cheap rocket fuel to aid my journey to the Capel Arb show today....
  5. Gutted i can,t make this one...but will venture over that way in a couple of weeks...
  6. Went into the showroom today. The tractor will be auctioned at Ascot racecourse on Saturday with a rough guide price of 8 to £12, 000 + 15% for Coys Auctioneers + vat. The tractor worked most of it's life on a vineyard.
  7. Light wasn't the best so I shall return to the tree early tommorow on my way to work..its only ten minutes from my house and snap it with my SLR....

  15. I use round on mine:thumbup: TTman, Petzel are saying that the loads transmitted through the crab canterlevering were up to 4 or 5 times higher....
  16. so cross loading of the carabiner and sudden stops causing higher forces could have caused this failure.....thanks Petzel for a prompt and detailed statement:thumbup:

  19. Last episode of Robson's latest Extreme fishing challenge in Maritius...hes just caught his first line caught yellow fin tuna....now to catch a blue Marlin!...a great Northumbrian:cool:
